How Classic Chanel Flap Bags are made

Before I have introduced so many kinds of Chanel Flap Bag to you and this time I would like to tell you how it is made. Some people dream of years of having a Chanel Classic Flap Bag, including me, while fortunately some already have. Whatever, let us firstly get to know its making process.

One Chanel 2.55 handbag is made by six people and it will take two and half hours to finish. The total making process takes 180 steps. Many hand-made mock-ups are firstly produced and then it always takes around a week to make a final decision about choosing a final prototype and its exact proportions and stitching details.
Before the bag can be made, the leather must be prepared, it is cut from the skin by hand or by computer, and then it is machine-stitched, trimmed and finished. Most of the time is spent on the table, when craftsmen try to produce an item of luxury and turn each bag inside out and back again, for they just want to make sure the inside is as good as the outside. At last, they add some beautiful accessories to make it more wonderful.
